Deposits
- A refundable damage deposit may be requested on arrival.
- The amount is returned at check-out, subject to an inspection of the apartment.
Smoking & Pets
- Smoking: Not permitted inside apartments. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
- Pets: Not allowed on the property.
Cancellations & Payments
- Cancellations depend on the type of booking. Flexible and non-refundable rates are both offered, so guests should check the conditions at the time of reservation.
